At Tannhaus, every piece is meticulously crafted from premium top-grain leather and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, however, it does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, dust bags, tags and accompanying materials.
• Show no signs of wear, scratches, stains, alterations or damage.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different colour or style, exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Should the requested item have a different value, the price difference will either be collected or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

• Personalised or monogrammed products.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces.
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items purchased during final clearance or marked as Final Sale.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with photographs of the item and packaging.

Upon verification, Tannhaus will arrange for a replacement, exchange or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or supplied in error.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by Tannhaus.

Leather Characteristics

Every Tannhaus product is crafted from genuine top-grain leather. Natural variations in grain, texture, colour, markings and creases are characteristics of authentic leather and should not be regarded as defects. These unique features ensure that every piece is one of a kind.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed our quality inspection.

Tannhaus reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Singapore Delivery

• Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).

International Orders

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.

If you are located outside of Singapore and wish to place an order, please contact us via our Instagram page to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any applicable import fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Notes

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tannhaus is not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
