DELIVERY AND COLLECTION 

Free Shipping on Orders over $300 across Singapore.

Terms and Conditions set below:

3.1 Delivery and collection services shall only be made available to you after payment has been received by us in full and the Invoice has been issued to you. 

Payment made in respect of Services provided shall be non-refundable. 3.2 Should you opt for the Products to be delivered to you: 

(a) We will contact you within three (3) business days of (i) our issuance of the  Invoice to you upon our receipt of the final and/or balance payment (as the case  may be) for your Order (for Products with available stock); or (ii) the arrival of the  Products in our E-commerce Studio (for Customised Products and Products  which are pre-ordered), to arrange the address, date, time and mode of delivery.  If you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information or delivery  instructions, we may cancel the delivery by informing you in writing. In such  event, we will not be liable for any losses arising from an incomplete or missed  delivery caused due to incomplete or inaccurate information or instructions  provided by you. 

(b) Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote locations or locations which  are deemed difficult or require special attention (such as the airport, Sentosa  island and government offices), and/or if reassembly or any other alteration to  the Product(s) is required for the purposes of executing the delivery. We reserve  the right to cancel the delivery by informing you in writing at any time if we deem  the execution of the delivery to be beyond our means. 

(c) Products will only be delivered to addresses within Singapore. No delivery will be  made outside Singapore or to post office boxes. 

(d) Any changes to the delivery date, time and/or address should be arranged with  us at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled delivery date,  and the final delivery date, time and address shall be agreed upon by us upon  further communication with you. Please note that any changes you make to your  order after your order has been placed might have an impact on the mode and  price of the delivery. 

(e) We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits,  anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your  reputation) incurred due to any delay in delivery of the Products. 

(f) Access: You shall be responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient access and  space and that any staircases, doors, lifts, car park gantries and loading bays  are suitable for the delivery. Our delivery services will not assist to (a) dismantle  or dispose of any existing fixtures, (b) shift products, fragile objects or plants, and  (c) clean any existing debris, scaffolding or electrical and mechanical works for  the purposes of the delivery. You shall be liable for any additional charges  incurred as a result of any obstacles, delays or extra work caused, and we will  not be liable for any damage caused to the delivered Product(s) or surrounding  property as a result of your failure to comply with the above. In particular, if our  delivery staff are required to use the staircase for the delivery as a result of the  lack of lift access or the unsuitability of the lifts available at the delivery location,  we will impose an additional charge of SGD50.00 (or any other amount as may  be separately notified by us to you at the time of delivery) per every non-lift  accessible level. We reserve, however, the right to refuse to complete delivery in  the event of a lack of lift access or the unsuitability of the lifts available at the  delivery location, in which event the delivery attempt will constitute a failed  delivery attempt. 

(g) Availability: You shall be responsible for ensuring that you or your appointed  representative are available to accept delivery during your chosen delivery time.  If you or your appointed representative are not at the stipulated address at the  agreed date and time of delivery, this shall constitute a failed delivery attempt. 

(h) Approvals: You shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and  approvals from the relevant authorities (including but not limited to the building  or residential management of the delivery location) for the delivery to take place.  If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of such permissions and  approvals, this shall constitute a failed delivery attempt.  

(i) Upon delivery, you will be asked to examine the products, check the condition of  the packaging and whether the correct number of packages have been  delivered. The Delivery Order will be signed either by yourself (and/or your  authorised representative), or our delivery staff may sign the Delivery Order  digitally on your behalf in your presence or request to take pictures of the  Products delivered. Accepting or refusing such a request will not impact your  delivery. All pictures will be stored in accordance with our obligations under the  Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore. A refusal to sign the Delivery  Order will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery. In such event, we reserve  the right to take the Product(s) back to our offices and this shall constitute a failed  delivery attempt.  

(j) The signing of the Delivery Order in accordance with Clause 3.2(i) above shall  be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the delivery and confirmation that  the Product(s) delivered are in satisfactory condition. Subject to the Warranty (as  defined in Clause 5.1 below) and the applicable laws, any request for a refund or  exchange of the delivered Product(s) after the delivery has been accepted shall  be at our discretion. 

(k) Failed Delivery Attempt: Should a delivery attempt be unsuccessful for any  reason whatsoever (including but not limited to the reasons set out at Clauses  3.2(f) – (i) above), you shall be responsible for arranging a subsequent delivery  to take place within 5 days of the failed delivery attempt. Any subsequent delivery  attempt shall be charged at SGD160.00 per attempt (with additional charges  applicable for delivery to remote locations or locations which are deemed difficult  or require special attention). Should you fail to arrange a subsequent delivery to  take place within five (5) days of a failed delivery attempt, we reserve the right to  charge you storage fees at SGD20 per day from the 8th day onwards until delivery

is completed or the Products are disposed (as the case may be). Should delivery  of the Products fail to take place within 15 days of the first delivery attempt, we  reserve the right to dispose of the Products and you agree to bear the costs of  such disposal. You agree that in such event, you shall not be entitled to any  refund of the price paid for the Products. 

3.3 Should you opt to collect your Products at our E-commerce Studio: (a) We will inform you when the Products are ready for collection at our E-commerce  Studio. Collection shall only take place from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm  (SGT) excluding public holidays. 

(b) The Sales Order issued to you in respect of your Order should be provided to us  during the collection. We reserve the right to reject the collection request if we  are unable to perform the requisite verifications or if the documents in this clause  are not provided to us, and this shall constitute a failed collection.  

(c) You shall be responsible for ensuring that you or your representatives collect the  Products within seven (7) days from the date on which we notify you that the  relevant Products are ready for collection. Should you fail to collect the Products  within this time, we reserve the right to charge you storage fees at SGD20 per  day from the 8th day onwards until the Products are collected or disposed (as the  case may be). Should you or your representatives fail to collect the Product within  14 days of us notifying you that the Products are ready for collection, we reserve  the right to dispose of the Products and you agree to bear the costs of such  disposal. You agree that in such event, you shall not be entitled to any refund of  the price paid for the Products. 

3.4 All Customised Products are subject to a minimum lead time of eight (8) to 16  weeks unless otherwise advised by us. Such lead time will depend on the  availability, type and quantity of the relevant Product(s) and may be subject to  delays that may occur due to material shortages, shipping issues, inclement  weather and/or acts of God which may affect the manufacturing and/or logistics  of the Product(s).  

3.5 Title to, and risk of loss of or damage to, Product(s) that have been fully paid for  (inclusive of charges for any Services provided) shall pass to you upon the  collection of such Product(s) by you, or delivery of such Product(s) to you, as the  case may be.
